Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Zero accountability or integrity from the owner and a complete disregard for failing to provide services that were promised.
I have purchased around 6 vehicles from Galvanek's over the last 10 years, my sister has purchased two, and my parents one as well. We didn't experience any issues with any of the vehicles- at all. We did check them over well and do some research ahead of time because it's a used car. We paid well under blue book for all of them so even if they HAD needed something like brake pads (that most people can do themselves), I was happier paying less and having minor repairs in my control anyway. They have been amazing to me and my entire family for many years! The ladies in the office are awesome and take care of everything for you too!
We went to look at a van they had for sale. Took our 2 younger children with us. Test drove the van, told the salesman the brakes were "grinding". The sales man told us it must be a little rust from sitting because we just went through and put brand new brakes on it. My husband and I being honest people believed him. We got it home and went to check out the brakes there were no pads at all. He sent us home in a van, knowing we were putting our children in it with no brake pads. We called to inform him thinking there could be something worked out, like maybe some pads which are standard on all vehicles. He was very rude and hung up on my husband. I would be very very careful purchasing a car from them. My inlaws had a similar expirence with them. They are just trying to scam people! BE CAREFUL!
They were very attentive while we were shopping for an rv. Not so much after we bought one and had problems and needed answers to the issues.
